MANILA, Philippines – The National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), in coordination with the World Chess Federation, will conduct an arbiter’s seminar on July 6 to 8.
The three-day course is open to all local chess arbiters who want to gain recognition and accreditation from FIDE.
The chief lecturer will be international arbiter and Asian Chess Federation deputy president Casto Abundo, to be assited by international arbiter Gene Poliarco of NCFP.
The seminar will be held at the Philippine Sports Commission Auditorium at the PhilSports Complex in Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.
Registration fee is $160 (P7,040), inclusive of seminar handouts, snacks and certificates to be awarded to all participants.
