MANILA, Philippines – Filipino ring icon Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is back in the United States after visiting his constituents in Sarangani province last week.
Pacquiao flew back to Los Angeles with his wife, Jinkee, where they will pick up their four children before leaving for Europe for a family vacation.
Pacquiao also congratulated Filipino-American coach Erik Spoelstra, who last week led the Miami Heat to the NBA championship.
The Heat made the Finals after beating Pacquiao's favorite team, the Boston Celtics,.
"It's okay," Pacquiao said. "Congratulations to them that they made it."
Pacquiao and his family still plan to visit the Holy Land.
The Filipino boxer and Saragani representative flew back to the Philippines after his controversial loss to Timothy Bradley Jr. in order to help in the relief efforts for the flood-hit citizens of his province. -- Report from Steve Angeles, ABS-CBN News North America
