MANILA – Barako Bull has acquired the services of former Air21 import Allen Durham to save their PBA Governors’ Cup campaign.

The 25-year-old Wyoming native will serve as the Energy Cola’s reinforcement for their crucial game against the GlobalPort Batang Pier on Sunday.

Barako Bull went 1-5 with their former import Eric Wise, prompting management to look for a replacement who will serve as their redeemer in the ongoing tournament.

According to Richard Dy’s report to Spin.ph, Durham averaged 18.6 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists during his recent stint with Nantes in France.

Meanwhile, Globalport coach Pido Jarencio said his team’s target is to win its last three games to grab the eighth spot and secure a seat in the playoffs.

Just like Barako Bull, the Batang Pier tote a 1-5 record.

“Three wins ang target namin. Tingin ko safe na yun,” said Jarencio.
