MANILA – The Blackzillians, home camp of Rashad Evans and several mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters in Florida, have made several additions to their coaching staff following successive losses in the UFC.

According to Maggie Hendricks of Yahoo! Sports, the Blackzillians hired Olympic gold medalist wrestler Kenny Monday, boxing coach Joel Diaz, and professional boxer Guillermo Rigondeaux. ()

Among the Blackzillian fighters who recently suffered defeats were Michael Johnson, Matt Mitrione and Melvin Guillard.

But what hurt them the most were the recent knockout defeat of Alistair Overeem to Antonio Silva and the decision loss of Evans to Rogerio Nogueira.
