MANILA, Philippines – Manny Pacquiao is scheduled for his eighth appearance on ABC TV’s Jimmy Kimmel Show next week.
This guesting, however, will be different than his previous appearances at the late night show, as he is likely to meet former US President Bill Clinton who will be Jimmy Kimmel’s other guest for that episode.
Pacquiao has appeared on Kimmel’s talk show in their series of entertaining appearances together dating back to 2009 before he fought Miguel Cotto.
According to Top Rank Inc., which handles Pacquiao’s promotional rights, that 2009 appearance also marked the Filipino boxer’s US network TV debut.
The eight-division former world champion has already guested in CBS’ 60 Minutes, ABC’s Good Morning America, CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight, ABC’s Nightline, FOX News Channel’s On The Record With Greta Van Susteren, among others.
The Pacquiao-Clinton episode will be aired on Wednesday (Thursday, Manila time).
The fighting congressman is scheduled for an April 12 rematch against WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley.
