MANILA, Philippines – Former De La Salle University star Kim Fajardo expressed her gratitude on social media on Tuesday after she and her family were reunited with a long-lost relative.
Fajardo, a three-time UAAP Best Setter with the Lady Spikers, asked for help on Twitter and Facebook yesterday after seeing a post of a man she believed to be her uncle.
On Tuesday, they were finally reunited – after 32 years.
"We finally found him this afternoon," said Fajardo, whose family went around the Commonwealth area in vain on Monday morning before succeeding today.
"Confirmed, he's Tito Fredie. Kasama na namin siya ngayon after 32 years. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng tulong… Thank you for all the prayers," she added.
