MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Azkals will be flying to Yangon this February to face Myanmar in a FIFA International friendly.
The exhibition match is part of the Azkals buildup for the AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers, which begins in March.
The Philippines-Myanmar friendly is scheduled to take place on February 6 and will be aired live on ABS-CBN’s Studio 23 at 6:30 p.m.
The Philippine Football Federation is also trying to arrange two friendly games between the Azkals and Vietnam also in February.
The Challenge Cup Group E qualifiers will start on March 22 with the Azkals taking on Brunei.
