MANILA, Philippines – Boxing promoter Bob Arum said everything has been fixed from Manny Pacquiao's side as far as the terms and condition of the Timothy Bradley rematch are concerned.

The Top Rank Inc. CEO, who has been finishing the final details of the match, said they are going to make a formal announcement as soon as Bradley signs the fight contract.

Arum also hinted that Bradley, the WBO welterweight champion, is at the verge of accepting his side of the agreement.

"We're finishing up. We finished up with Manny, and we're finishing up with Bradley," said Arum in Lem Satterfield’s report to RingTV. "So assuming we finish with Bradley, once we've got everything in place, then we'll make the announcement."

Even before signing the contract, Pacquiao has openly declared his intent to go after Bradley, who won a controversial decision against the former during their 2012 bout.

The fighting congressman said he wants to reclaim the WHO title, which he claimed was robbed from him.

"[I want the rematch] simply because I want to win back the title he took from me by a questionable decision," said Pacquiao.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao’s business adviser is confident that Bradley will sign his part of the contract.

"It's all contingent upon Bradley," said Michael Koncz.

"We have pretty much agreed to terms contingent upon Bradley accepting the offer that we've been informed that he's been given."

Among the reported conditions set by Bradley is a $10 million guaranteed purse for the rematch.

The fight, set on April 12, is expected to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
