MANILA, Philippines – Barangay Ginebra has already secured the top seed in the PBA Philippine Cup but head coach Ato Agustin said his squad will still go all out against the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters when the Kings wrap up their elimination round campaign Sunday at the Araneta Coliseum.

“We’ve gained the No. 1 ranking in the playoffs, pero kailangan pa rin pumukpok against Talk 'N Text,” Agustin said in a report. “We have to continue building momentum.”

Ginebra clinched the No. 1 spot by beating GlobalPort last Sunday, but Agustin still saw some problems that his team needed to work on ahead of the playoffs.

“Though we’re the No. 1 team, we still have things to work on. Susubukan namin mag-improve sa mga bagay na ito in our game against Talk N Text,” he said.

TNT, meanwhile, is mired in a three-game losing streak, the last of which was an 87-100 demolition at the hands of the San Mig Super Coffee Mixers.

The Texters will finish in either fourth or fifth place in the elimination round and are a lock to play San Mig in a best-of-three series in the quarter-finals.

Ginebra, meanwhile, will have a twice-to-beat advantage against their quarter-finals opponent.

Game time is at 5:15 p.m.
