MANILA, Philippines – Kevin “The Silencer” Belingon is returning to the cage again in March when he faces dangerous Korean fighter Dae Hwan Kim in Malaysia.

The bout is set as the co-main event of ONE FC: War of Nations, which will be staged at the Stadium Negara on March 14.

The Filipino bantamweight is coming off a sensational win over David Santacana, whom he knocked out in the first round last December.

Aside from his thrilling bout against Santacana, The Silencer also had battles against Soo Chul Kim, Masakatsu Ueda and Yusup Saadulaev.

Belingon, however, won’t have it easy against Kim, who remains undefeated in nine MMA fights and is a consistent recipient of Fight of the Night honors.

In his most recent fight, Kim defeated Australian grappler Thanh Vu via submission.

A win against Kim will bring Belingon closer to a possible title clash against ONE bantamweight champion Bibiano Fernandes.

Belingon, a member of the famed Team Lakay, was a finalist in ONE FC's bantamweight grand prix last year.

ONE FC: War of Nations will feature the welterweight title bout between Nobutatsu Suzuki and Brock Larson.

The card will also stage the rematch between female fighters Sherilyn Lim takes on Ann Osman.
