RE: Choice of candidates

I just hate the way our government allows any person to be a candidate for presidency. It is such a shame for both our country and we the people to tolerate such system being practiced. look at our former President Estrada, he had few corruption charges and other criminal cases filed against him and was just given presidential pardon BUT still the government allows such person to be a candidate.

It just shows how CORRUPT, DISHONEST, and UNRIGHTFUL would be the correct word our system of governance is. I hope my message will be relayed to the public.

BULOK NA BULOK NA TALAGA ang sistema ng gobyerno!

Just look at the past cases we have had from different officials in our government, where are they now and what are the status of their cases...one thing i know for sure, THEY ARE ALL GONE WITH THE WIND. hearing dito and doon and then after some time nawala lang ng tuluyan.

Pag may pera, madaling ikutin ang sistema.

We will remain this way because we allow them to be that way. Proper rules and transparent and honest system of governance should be imposed.

choice of candidates

I really would want to know the qualifications you need to have to be a political candidate. I would think you should be a college graduate, much more be an "A" student, but seems like anyone can be a candidate now, whatever political position it may be. Be it a Congressman, Mayor, Senator, governor and now even a President position. Boy, Vilma became a Governor, Estrada a President, Aiko a congresswoman, now Pacquiao will also run as congressman too or whatever position. This is really ridiculous nowadays. Basta artista kahit walang natapos, sige na iboto na, champion sa boxing sige na rin, basta sikat, sige oboto na lang, tapos puro reklamo pag me mga problema sa ating Bayan.
