First of all, we commend the Bureau of Food and Drugs and the Department of Health’s decision and action.

As announced by the BFAD, under the supervision of the DOH, recent lab tests have concluded that a certain number of milk products were found to have traces of Melamine.  Only one (1) of Jolly Cow’s products, Jolly Cow Slender Low Fat High Calcium Milk from China, was among the products listed.  The Jolly Cow Brand fully respects and supports the DOH and BFAD’s test findings, and shall fully cooperate in its effort to rid the market with milk products with traces of Melamine.

As early as September 22, the Jolly Cow brand led the way in voluntarily pulling-out its suspected milk products from Inner Mongolia from the store shelves, prior to the BFAD order.  In our continuing efforts to re-assure the public that only the highest quality of Jolly Cow products are available to all, all our remaining China-sourced Jolly Cow Slender Low Fat High Calcium Milk inventories are to be completely disposed of, in accordance with government directives.

As of September 27, 2008, 100% of Jolly Cow milk products are to be sourced from New Zealand.

Still, Jolly Cow wishes to inform all its loyal customers that, based on the recent findings of the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD Advisory 2008-009), under the supervision of the Department of Health, JOLLY COW PURE FRESH MILK HAS BEEN CLEARED OF ANY POSSIBLE TRACE OF MELAMINE.

Our loyal customers and consumers have enjoyed the high quality and taste of Jolly Cow Milk products through the years. The people behind the brand are grateful for your continuous patronage over the years. In return, rest assured of the Jolly Cow brand’s continuous commitment to you in upholding the strictest product quality standards in all Jolly Cow products, consistent with the food-safety regulations as provided by BFAD.

The Jolly Cow Brand is serious and sincere in its commitment to the Public’s health and safety.
Thank you very much!
