MANILA - A singer of a rock band has pleaded guilty to multiple sexual offenses involving children, including the attempted rape of a baby, reports said.
According to BBC News, 36-year-old Ian Watkins of the Welsh rock band Lostprophets pleaded guilty to "three counts of sexual assault involving children, seven involving taking, making or possessing indecent images of children, and one of possessing an extreme pornographic image involving a sex act on an animal."
It added that the evidence against Watkins, which police said were "too extreme" to report, came from computers, laptops and mobile phones.
Aside from the rock singer, two women were also charged after they "abused their own children and made them available to Watkins for him to abuse," prosecuting barrister Chris Clee told the court, as quoted by BBC News.
One of the two women was the mother of an 11-month old boy, according to Wales Online, which provided live updates from Cardiff Crown Court.
