MANILA – The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) warned motorists about a possible heavy traffic along Espana Bouelevard in Manila as parts of it will be closed due to the third week of the Bar exams at the University of Santo Tomas.
In an advisory, the MMDA said España Boulevard-Lacson to P. Noval westbound will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m. onwards.
Two lanes, on the other hand, will be available for counterflow at the España eastbound from P. Noval to Lacson.
The 112th Bar exams will be held on all four Sundays of October. Today is already the third Sunday of the examinations.
A total of 5,593 law graduates are taking the exam this year.
For today, the law graduates will take the Criminal Law exam in the morning and the Commercial Law exam in the afternoon.
