MANILA - Around 400 Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) fighters loyal to Nur Misuari have either been killed or captured by government troops in Zamboanga City in the 18-day fighting so far, the military said Thursday.
Security forces have killed a total of 126 MNLF gunmen so far, 126 surrendered, and 128 were captured.
Around 127 guns, including high-powered firearms, have been recovered.
A total of 190 hostages have been freed by government troops from the hands of the rebels.
