The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has released a table for re-scheduling of appointments of confirmed passport applicants on November 13 to 15.

This is in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 332, declaring November 13 to 15 2017 as special (non-working) days for the ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.

Those with confirmed appointments on November 13 to 15 in Aseana, Parañaque City and consular affairs offices in the National Capital Region and Pampanga are reminded to refer to the following table for the re-scheduling of their appointments:

DFA-Aseana
Re-schedule Arrangements:
May be accommodated at DFA-Aseana on any day until 29 November 2017, at their original time schedule, without need for an appointment.

May be accommodated at DFA-Aseana on Saturday, 18 November 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DFA NCR-West (SM Manila)
DFA-NCR East (SM Megamall)
DFA-NCR Northeast (Ali Mall)
DFA NCR-South (Metro Gaisano Alabang)
DFA-NCR North (Robinson's Novaliches)

Re-schedule Arrangements:
May be accommodated at their original site on any day until 29 November 2017, at their original time schedule, without need for an appointment.

May be accommodated at DFA-Aseana on Saturday, 18 November 2017, from 8:00 a.rn. to 4:00 p.m.

DFA Consular Office Angeles City (Marquee Mall)
DFA Consular Office, San Fernando, Pampanga (Robinson's Starmills)

Re-schedule Arrangements:
May be accommodated at their original site on any day until 29 November 2017, at their original time schedule, without need for an appointment.

Walk-in applicants (senior citizens, PWDs, pregnant women, solo parents, minors 7 years and below, and OFWs) are advised that mall-based Consular Offices may set limits on the number of walk-in applicants that may be accommodated on 16-22 November 2017. This takes into account the expected surge of applicants after the three-day suspension of work and the limited space in the Consular Offices.

The DFA reiterates that DFA-Aseana (Paranaque City) will be open on Saturday, 18 November 2017 to accommodate applicants whose appointments at DFA-Aseana or at Satellite Offices in the NCR were displaced by the work suspension. Otherwise, DFA-Aseana is open Mondays to Fridays while mall-based DFA Consular Offices are open Mondays to Saturdays. Please note that all passport applications processed on Saturdays are charged P1,200.

Applicants are advised to bring a printout of their confirmed passport appointment (originally scheduled on 13, 14 or 15 November 2017) along with the other requirements for their passport application.
