MANILA - The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted Monday the number coding scheme on October 31, a special non-working day, and November 1, All Saints' Day.

The suspension of unified vehicular volume reduction program or number coding scheme covers the entire Metro Manila, including Makati and Las Piñas, MMDA said on Twitter.

The MMDA has yet to make a similar announcement for November 2, All Souls' Day.
