Victims who lost parts of their body will also be receiving from P1,000 to P100,000.
Leonardo Patulot, operator of Leomarick Bus, said the company has been constantly reminding its drivers and conductors not to overload the vehicle.
He added that the bus company is willing to extend help to the victims but did not mention any amount.
The bus company is helping Passenger Accident Management and Insurance Agency Inc., (PAMI) in identifying the victims so the family members could pass the requirements to receive their benefits.
PAMI said funds for the victims are already available.
Contact numbers and locations of the immediate family members of the victims are being traced both by PAMI and Leomarick Bus company.
Patulot, representatives of PAMI, and LTFRB Board Member Atty. Aileen Lizada are scheduled to meet Wednesday to settle the claims of aggrieved parties.
