MANILA- The mother of David Lim Jr. has decided to surrender her son to police after he was linked to a road rage incident.
Presidential aide Bong Go bared Monday the family's decision after Lim's mother asked for help in facilitating her son's surrender.
Lim's mother said the suspect will surrender to the Police Regional Commander, Chief Superintendent Noli Talino on Tuesday.
Lim is the primary suspect in a Cebu City shooting incident and has been placed on immigration lookout bulletin, a day after he shot a nurse because of a traffic altercation.
Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña on Sunday announced a P100,000 reward for any information that would show Lim's whereabouts.
"You're nothing special," Osmeña said on Monday, pertaining to the affluent family that the suspect belonged to.
A video sent by a concerned citizen showed Lim shooting Ephraem Nunal Montalbo, 33, a nurse who came from his duty, in Barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City early morning Sunday.
