BATANGAS- A 56-year-old woman was hit by a stray bullet inside her own house in Batangas.
Zenaida Gonzales was sitting inside her home on New Year's Eve when she was hit by a stray bullet near her neck.
The bullet left a hole on Gonzales' roof.
The 27-year-old suspect, a security guard, was immediately caught after he was seen by Zenaida's child firing his gun in an upward direction.
Police records show that the suspect was previously arrested for pointing a gun at someone last year.
The suspect, who refused to give a statement, is currently detained at the San Jose Municipal Police Station.
