MANILA, Philippines - Two people reported missing after a vessel capsized due to strong waves in Siquijor at the height of typhoon Pablo's onslaught have been located, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Thursday.

PCG officer-in-chief Rear Admiral Luis Tuason Jr. identified the two victims as Capt. Neil Abe and Ivy Junely Oring.

Abe and Oring were rushed to the Siquijor Provincial Hospital.

Tuazon earlier said M/V Euro III capsized even if it was already anchored off the waters of Maria town.

Fifteen of the boat's crew who were forced to jump off the vessel were rescued on Wednesday. -- Report from Zhander Cayabyab, dZMM
