Mild quake hits Laguna, Batangas

A Magnitude 2.9 earthquake shook parts of Laguna and Batangas provinces Friday morning but caused no damage.
The Philippine Insitute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) in Tagaytay City said the tectonic quake originated two kilometers northeast of Cabuyao, Laguna.
The quake was felt at Intensity 3 in Los Banos and Alaminos, Laguna; and Intensity 2 in Malvar, Batangas.
