MANILA, Philippines – The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) recorded two deaths during the All Saints’ Day holiday.
Based on the agency’s monitoring, the two fatalities were killed in a motorcycle accident in Brgy. Bonifacio, San Miguel, Pangasinan.
They were identified as 55-year-old Conrado Maminta Jr. and 49-year-old Rogelio Dacusin.
The two were brought to the Don Laureano Perez Memorial Clinic but were declared dead on arrival.
Several accidents were also reported in San Simon, Pampanga; Pila, Laguna; Quirino Highway in Quezon; Isabela City, Basilan; and Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, where 14 people were hurt.
NDRRMC also said 3 flights of Cebu Pacific from and to Butuan City were delayed due to a bomb threat.
