Cop guns down 4 in Pangasinan school

PANGASINAN (UPDATED) - At least 4 people were killed when a police officer ran amok with an assault rifle at a school in Pangasinan on Monday, authorities said.

Three of the victims were identified as Acidilio Sison, Florenda Flores, and Linda Sison

Another victim, a man, has yet to be identified.

Acidilio Sison was a teacher at the Pangasinan National High School, according to school principal Florante Tamondong.

At least 3 others were injured and were brought to a hospital. They were identified as Jovito Jimenez, Ferdinand Entimani, and Juliet Molano.

Two students who had panic attack were also brought to a hospital.

The suspect, Police Office 2 Domino Alipio, was detailed in Anda, Pangasinan.

Initial reports said the suspect, who was armed with an M16 rifle and a grenade, was known to be lending money to teachers in the school.

He went to the school to collect debt payments but allegedly had an argument with someone, which led to the shooting that happened around 4 pm.
