MANILA -- President Benigno Aquino III's upcoming State of the Nation Address (SONA) will focus on the government's good governance and anti-corruption campaign.

Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma on Sunday said the President has already ordered his speechwriters to prepare the outline of his speech.

Coloma added that the issue on the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) will be discussed, as it is part of the campaign.

"Tiyak kong tatalakayin 'yan dahil magbibigay ng ulat ang Pangulo sa performance ng administrasyon sa mga haliging programa o prayoridad ng Philippine Development Plan, kasama na po 'yung good governance and anti-corruption campaign," he said.

But Coloma denied Senator Jinggoy Estrada's allegations that the PDAF cases were being "railroaded" by the Office of the Ombudsman in time for the SONA next month.

"Matagal na pong naumpisahan 'yung pagsasaliksik at 'yung case build-up hinggil dito.

Asked whether the Palace is open to the possibility of a house or hospital arrest for Senator Juan Ponce Enrile because of his age, Coloma said the decision will still come from the Supreme Court.

Wala po sa aming sakop 'yung pagpapasya hinggil diyan," he said.
