2 men found dead in Nasugbu

BATANGAS, Philippines – Two men were found dead inside an abandoned vehicle along the national highway in Nasugbu town Thursday morning, police said.

Chief Inspector Renato Mercado of Nasugbu Police identified the victims, based on the documents found in their pockets, as Aaron Ambita, 31, a resident of Block 29, Lot 18, Joseph 7 Marinig St., Cabuyao, Laguna; and Rey Castillo, a resident of Block 1, Lot 27, Mesa Homes, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

Nasugbu Police said they received a call from a concerned citizen informing them that they found a gray Honda City (XSA-232) along the national highway of Sitio Calo, Brgy. Caylaway, Nasugbu, Batangas at around 6:30 a.m.

Initial report of SOCO said one of the victims was found seated at the front passenger side while the other was at the back seat of the car while the engine was still running.

Investigators said the victims died from multiple gunshot wounds in their body.
