MANILA -- Laguna Police Provincial Office is implementing a total gun ban in the province in preparation for the annual multi-sport competition, Palarong Pambansa, which will start on May 4.
The office released a memorandum that temporarily suspends all permits to carry firearms outside the residence.
Provincial Director Sr. Supt. Romulo Sapitula also ordered all police chiefs in the province to implement the gun ban for 19 days.
