Driver returns missing cocaine bundle in Davao
DAVAO CITY - A driver returned a bundle of cocaine to authorities, four days after bundles of high-grade cocaine were found strapped on the ceiling of a container van in Davao City.
According to alias "Ricky", who works a a driver for the banana company who used the container van, he was tempted to take a bundle after his companions discovered the stash.
It took him four days to return the bundle because he feared for his safety.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 11 is still looking for eleven more bundles of cocaine.
Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte announced yesterday that he will give a reward of P100,000 to those who can give information on the missing cocaine bundles. -- report from Vina Araneta, ABS-CBN News Southern Mindanao
