PAMPANGA – Officials of the Xevera Bacolor Homeowners Association on Saturday visited businessman Delfin Lee at the provincial jail to ask him about the fate of the now “neglected” subdivision.
Ramon Recto, vice president of the association, said Lee seemed to be in good condition, but was rather “sad” because of the unfair stories coming out in the media about him.
"We just want to know the truth, dahil kame ang nagsa-suffer," Recto said.
According to Recto, Lee still promised to help them in the development of Xevera Bacolor.
"Tutulong daw siya," he said.
The group said they wrote letters to Vice President Jejomar Binay and the Pag-IBIG Fund about their plight, but they have not heard from the two parties.
"Bakit di niya kami pinuntahan?,” asked Recto, referring to Binay who talked to homeowners of Xevera in Mabalacat City recently. However, the Vice President did not visit homeowners of Xevera Bacolor.
