MANILA (UPDATED) -  Seven people, including a young actor and 3 minors, were arrested after they were caught with alleged marijuana and drug paraphernalia at  the 7107 international music festival in Clark, Pampanga.

Three were released while the young actor  -- whose name is being withheld because he is a minor -- and 3 others were brought to the Angeles City Prosecutor's Office for inquest.

According to PDEA Region 3 Regional Director Jeoffrey Tacio, they received a tip that some of those attending the concert in Clark were involved in illegal activities.

Thousands of teenagers, young adults, and tourists flocked to the international music festival.

The PDEA said that due to the number of attendees, it is not surprising that some of those who were involved in illegal activities were not arrested.

The suspects will face possession of illegal drugs charges. They might also be charged with illegal drug use if they test positive for narcotics, police said. -- exclusive report from Gracie Rutao, ABS-CBN News Pampanga
