CEBU, Philippines - A brother of suspended Cebu Governor Gwen Garci has called President Benigno Aquino a "Hitler" amid the Palace order for his sister to step down.

Byron Garcia, a son of Rep. Pablo Garcia, issued the statement as he defended his sister's decision defying the suspension order.

Byron earlier challenged the regional police director Chief Supt. Marcelo Garbo Jr. to a fist fight.

Meanwhile, the suspended governor's son Paolo is planning to file a case against Garbo for allegedly stating that the license of the security agency that Paolo owns has expired.

Paolo also said he owns 7 guns because he has been receiving death threats.

Garbo is recommending the cancellation of the guns' license because of the alleged tension that Paolo and his friends created during the first days of his mother's suspension.

Paolo said he still believes in police to be fair but no longer looks up to Garbo.
