In the advisory issued at 12:30 a.m., PAGASA said heavy to intense rains were observed over Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Makati, Quezon City, CAMANAVA, Manila, Pasay and Taguig for the past 1 hour.
The rains are expected to continue for the next 2 to 3 hours, PAGASA said.
Moderate to heavy rains, meanwhile, were seen over the rest of Metro Manila, particularly in Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas and Marikina, for the past 3 hours and most likely to continue for the next 2 to 3 hours.
