29 domestic flights cancelled due to 'Pedring'

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) - Twenty-nine domestic flights were cancelled as of 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, as typhoon "Pedring" hit land in Aurora and Isabela provinces.

Based on the flight advisory, 4 Philippine Airlines domestic flights were cancelled due to bad weather. These are:
PR 847 (Manila-Cebu)
PR 848 (Cebu-Manila)
PR 291 (Manila-Dumaguete)
PR 292 (Dumaguete-Manila)

The 3 PAL international flights at NAIA Terminal 2 cancelled are:
PR 358 (Manila-Beijing)
PR 896 (Manila-Taipei)
PR 300 (Manila-Hong Kong)

The 6 Air Philippines flights affected by bad weather are:
2P 041 (Manila-San Jose)
2P 042 (San Jose-Manila),
2P 021 (Manila-Masbate)
2P 022 (Masbate-Manila)
2P 9114 (Manila-Tuguegarao)
2P 015 (Tuguegarao-Manila)

Ten Cebu Pacific flights were also cancelled:
5J 508 (Manila-Tuguegarao)
5J 509 (Tuguegarao-Manila)
5J 521 (Manila-Naga)
5J 522 (Naga-Manila)
5J 404 (Manila-Laoag)
5J 405 (Laoag-Manila)
5J 895 (Manila-Caticlan)
5J 898 (Caticlan-Manila)
5J 913 (Manila-Caticlan)
5J 914 (Caticlan-Manila)

There are also 6 Zest Air flights cancelled at Terminal 4:
Z2 260 (Manila-Masbate)
Z2 261 (Masbate-Manila)
Z2 400 (Manila-San Jose)
Z2 401 (San Jose-Manila)
Z2 240 (Manila-Romblon)
Z2 241 (Romblon-Manila)

According to the state weather bureau PAGASA, typhoon "Pedring" made landfall over the boundary of Aurora and Isabela at around 4 a.m.

Signal No. 3 is currently hoisted in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Cagayan, Isabela, Ifugao, Benguet, La Union, Nueva Viscaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan and Zambales.
