MANILA, Philippines – Two boxes of .45 caliber gun bullets were found scattered in front of the headquarters of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) along EDSA in Makati City on Sunday.

Initial information from the MMDA said the boxes of gun bullets fell from a motorcycle rider who passed by the area around 9 a.m.

Due to the incident, the vehicles taking the northbound lane of that portion in EDSA were asked to stop until all the bullets were picked up.

The MMDA reviewed their CCTV footage but the motorcycle rider with the gun bullets was not caught on camera.

The gun bullets are now under the custody of the Makati Police. Authorities are already conducting an investigation into the incident. – from a report by Dexter Ganibe, dzMM
