MANILA – A driver from Bataan has claimed half of the Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot worth nearly P300 million, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said on Thursday.
PCSO said the driver bought his lotto ticket in Bataan, using a combination of his age, his wife’s age and their children’s birthdays.
The other winner, meanwhile, bought the lotto ticket in Southern Leyte.
The 2 winners will split the total prize pot of P299,897,496.00, or P149,948,748.00 each.
The winning combination for Wednesday’s draw was 25-52-26-05-49-17. -- Report from Winnie Cordero, ABS-CBN News
