MANILA – Four fast food restaurant employees were injured after being hit by a taxi in Quezon City before dawn on Wednesday.
One of the victims, identified as Vielynet Aller, sustained a head injury after she was hit by the cab along Quezon Avenue, near Pantranco bus terminal area.
Aller's three companions who sustained less serious injuries, were identified as Claire Caldito, Trisha Mae Gentiroy, and Joveth Perez. The three were brought to the hospital.
The taxi driver claimed he was not speeding when the incident occurred, even though a crack on his taxi's windshield indicates a strong impact. – report from Kori Quintos, ABS-CBN News
