MANILA -- A corpse has been found floating in the Pasig River near Port Area, Manila on Sunday.
An officer of the Philippine Coast Guard who found the corpse said he first noticed the body in between barges, by the water lilies.
The body was tied and pulled to the side of Pasig River before it was inspected by police and taken by funeral home employees.
The still-unidentified man, estimated at around 20 to 25 years old, was in a white t-shirt and brown shorts. It is believed that the body has been in the water for more than two days already. -- from a report by Zandro Ochona, ABS-CBN News
