Fires hit parts of Manila after 'Glenda'

MANILA – Fire incidents hit several areas in Metro Manila during the onslaught of typhoon ''Glenda."

In Pasay City, three homes were razed after a lit candle was left unattended.

A house was also burned down in Baclaran. Residents said electric cables suddenly sparked and triggered fire when power was restored in the area.

A fire also hit a warehouse in Navotas, and two houses in UP Village, Quezon City.

No casualty was reported in all the fire incidents. – report from Raya Capulong, ABS-CBN News
