20 face raps for Servando hazing

MANILA - Twenty individuals have been charged before the Department of Justice (DOJ) with violations of the Anti-Hazing Law, specifically, Section 4 which pertains to criminal liability when the hazing results in death, for the fatal hazing of De La Salle-College of St. Benilde student Guillo Cesar Servando.

Named as respondents in the complaint are the following:

- Daniel Paul Martin Bautista
- Kurt Michael Almazan
- Luis Solomon Arevalo
- Carl Francis Loresca
- Esmerson Nathaniel Calupas
- Hans Killian Tatlonghari
- Jemar Pajarito
- Eleazar Pablico III
- John Kevin Navoa
- Vic Angelo Dy
- Mark Andrew Ramos
- Mike Castaneda
- Justine Francis Reyes
- Tessa Dayanghirang
- Alyssa Valbuena
- Steven Jorge Penano
- Michael David Castaneda
- alias "Kiko"
- alias "Bea"

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Makati City Police Office, and Manila Police District are the public complainants of the case while Servando's father, Aurelio, is the private complainant.

Servando, 18, died of injuries allegedly sustained during initiation rites by the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity.
