MANILA -- Bayan Patrollers were quick to share photos of various flooded streets in Metro Manila as a result of a sudden yet heavy downpour Thursday afternoon.

Earlier today, state weather bureau PAGASA warned that thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila and other areas like Bataan, Bulacan, Zambales, Cavite, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija.

PAGASA also raised a yellow rainfall alert for Quezon, Laguna, and Batangas at 3:45 p.m.

Bayan Patroller Choi Elciario's photos show flooded roads in Pasay City that look barely passable for vehicles.

Bayan Patroller Rebecca Balaquit shared photos of various locations in the Philippine National School for the Blind inundated by flood water.

Tristian Sapinoso also sent photos showing a flooded Barangay Villamor in Pasay City. In one photo, a vehicle can be seen half-engulfed by flood.

Meanwhile, Bayan Patroller Villaverde's photos show that parts of Mandaluyong City, particularly the Maysilo Circle are inundated as well.

ABS-CBN News reporters Raffy Santos and Willard Cheng also shared photos of the flood situations in their areas.
