MANILA – A construction worker was found dead inside an unfinished condominium in Sampaloc, Manila on Monday morning.

The victim, only identified as ''Nato'', was found dead with multiple stab wounds at the fourth floor of the building along Ma. Cristina Street.

Fellow construction workers said Nato, who was hired to do paint jobs at the building, was last seen with a certain William.

William was no longer in the area when Nato's body was discovered.

Jerry Noveno, a fellow construction worker, said Nato and William had a drinking session until past midnight. He said he heard someone moaning at around 2 a.m.

Police investigators have invited the building's construction workers to shed light on the incident. – report from Noel Alamar, dzMM
