MANILA – Two members of the Akyat Bahay gang who robbed a carwash owned by actor Kechup Eusebio were nabbed by authorities after they were identified through a CCTV footage.

Authorities arrested suspect Cris Edward Coloma, who used to work at the carwash. Upon his arrest, Coloma identified his cohort, Samuel Guevarra alias “Coto”, who was also seen in the CCTV footage.

The footage shows Coloma, with his shirt on his head to hide his face, going inside the carwash and taking several items.

He and Guevara were able to cart away one buffing machine, a cassette player, a cellular phone and more than P20,000 in cash.

Meanwhile, Guevara – through the shirt he was wearing – has been identified as the perpetrator behind a robbery at the Resurrection of our Lord Parish in BF Homes, Paranaque in March.

He was wearing the same shirt during both incidents, police said.
