P2M lost in Parañaque fire

MANILA, Philippines – An estimated P2 million worth of properties were lost in a fire in Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque City on Friday, authorities said.

The fire razed around 100 homes in Purok 1, Area B in Barangay Moonwalk.

Inspector Wilson Tana, arson investigator of the Parañaque Fire Department, said they suspect that the fire started at the home of a certain Grace Obsan.

They have yet to determine the cause of the fire.

Those who lost their homes were forced to temporarily stay on the streets.
