MANILA – A gasoline station in Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Quezon City was robbed before dawn Thursday.

Roeder Garcia, gasoline boy at the Caltex station located at the corner of Cagayan Street and Congressional Avenue, said two motorcycle-riding men had their vehicle refueled before declaring robbery at around 2 p.m.

One of the balaclava-wearing suspects also destroyed the cashier booth's door and took some P7,000 in gas station earnings. The suspects also took the cellphones of the cashier and gasoline boy.

No one was injured in the incident.

Meanwhile, gas station employees said they were not able to get the plate number of the motorcycle because it was covered.

Police said they are set to review the footage of the incident taken by the gas station's closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera. – reports from Kori Quintos, ABS-CBN News; and Dexter Ganibe, dzMM
