Court orders return of Ivler to Taguig jail
MANILA, Philippines – Murder suspect Jason Ivler has been ordered by a Quezon City court to immediately return to his detention facility in Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig.
The court order came after doctors at the Quirino Memorial Medical Center declared Ivler out of harm's way following a surgery last December.
The Quezon City regional trial court said Ivler must now be returned to the detention facility in Taguig and must not undergo strenuous activity for 6 months.
Ivler underwent a colostomy operation last December 19.
He is a suspect in the death of Renato Ebarle Jr., who was shot to death along Boni Serrano Avenue in Quezon City during a traffic altercation in November 2009. -- Report from ANC
