MANILA -- Fire hit the building of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP) in Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City on Friday afternoon.
According to Lt. Col. Edgardo Batenga, commander of the military police, the fire started at the message center at the ground floor at 5:25 p.m.
It was declared out at around 6 p.m.
Authorities suspect the blaze was caused by electrical overload.
