FOI bill gets Senate nod

MANILA, Philippines - Aside from the reproductive health bill, the Senate also passed the freedom of information bill on 3rd and final reading on Monday.

Senators voted 17-0.

Over at the House, the FOI bill has only been approved on 1st reading.

Congressmen plan to continue debates on it next year.
