Brillantes said the poll body will release the final list of cancelled, denied and granted party list accreditations on Thursday.
The poll body is resetting to December 17 the date for the raffle of the numbered slots for party list groups in the 2013 ballots.
The Comelec chief said the poll body is considering that by that time, the high court would have gone on their December break already.
Brillantes projected a maximum of only 100 groups to be in the party list race, from the 184 which ran in 2010 and 172 new groups seeking to be accredited.
The 7 groups whose applications were announced to be denied today bring to 84 the total number of applications denied by the poll body, based on a running total of ABS-CBN News.
Based on ABS-CBN records, the poll body has canceled the registration of 77 existing party list groups, of which 7 are incumbent.
One-hundred-sixty-one of the 356 existing party list groups and party list applicants have been ordered excluded by the Comelec from the 2013 elections.
Some are still seeking relief from the High Court.
