BF leaves Lakas-Kampi-CMD

MANILA - Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Bayani Fernando on Friday said he has left the ruling Lakas-Kampi-CMD party and criticized it for saying he was being considered for its senatorial slate.

"I have not been given prior notice by the party nor have I expressed interest in joining their list of senatorial candidates. I am running for president; it is not my aspiration to become a senator," Fernando said in a statement.

He said the party, which he has been a member of since 1992, is just trying to deceive the public.

"Hindi maganda na pinapalabas nilang tatakbo akong senador sa kanilang partido kasi panloloko iyon. Nililito nila ang publiko," Fernando said.

He said he no longer believes in the Lakas-Kampi-CMD and considers himself already resigned from the ruling party.

"I am deemed resigned as soon as I have filed my certificate of candidacy," said Fernando.

He earlier said he is planning to run for president as an independent.

Fernando severed his ties with the party after it chose Gilbert Teodoro as its standard-bearer.

The official said the ruling party is already "melting" due to its leaders' defections to the Liberal Party (LP) and the Nacionalista Party (NP).

We the Filipino voters need to know who's the real Noynoy Cojuangco Aquino and Gibo Cojuangco Teodoro.If Bayani Fernando win,he will investigate the corrruptions and he will give justices to all Hacienda Luisita victims.
The Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway was a flagship project of President Gloria Arroyo, together with the Cojuangco-Aquino family, owners of Hacienda Luisita, and the Lopez family through First Philippine Infrastructure Inc..(CAMA) REAL FAMILY TIED OF COJUANGCO-AQUINO MACAPAGAL-ARROYO.

The Japan Bank and International Corp. funded the project through a special yen loan amounting to P21.393 billion. The state-owned Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) provided P4 billion as counterpart.

Remulla said the issue affects taxpayers because of the loan component. “It's a heavy burden for taxpayers.”

We the FILIPINO people will pay for their socialized loan.These budget are equivalent of all budget for the whole country.Because of Noynoy/Cojuangco- ARROYO,the arroyo administrations put all the money in one project,and the budget supposed to be for the whole country.

These are a luxury projects of Gloria Arroyo sa mga Cojuangco/Aquino.24 BILYONG piso para sa private road exit ng Hacienda Luisita.Ang laki naman ng utang na loob ni Gloria Arroyo.Samantalang ang mga taong mahihirap ay hanggang ngayon ay wala pa ring natitirahan maayos.KAYA PALA BUMABAHA SA METRO MANILA dahil lahat ng pondo o budget napapunta na lahat sa Hacienda Luisita.Itong budget na ito sana ang magagamit sa paglilinis ng mga kanal,estero at mga kababayan nating iskwater.Ang budget sa Hacienda Luisita ay katumbas ng budget ng buong bansa.Paano kung si Noynoy o Gibo ang presidente baka lagyan nila ng ginto ang bawat kanto.Kakaawa tayo kunwari galit sila kay GLORIA ARROYO,iyon pala business partner.Kaya dapat Iboto natin si BAYANI FERNANDO.Babawiin niya ang mga kinurakot nina Cojuangco/Aquino- Macapagal Arroyo.

CORRUPTION THEN AND NOW

Philippines has been a corrupted country since Manuel L.Quezon up to present.Because of lack of sincerity,the succeeding presidents didn't take any actions to sequester all the corrupted money and properties.Not one of these candidates like,Villar,Noynoy,Gibo,Escudero,or Estrada can take actions.Bayani Fernando,who is implementing the laws,even though it will hurt him in his political campaign.He is more action than promise.Bayani Fernando is the man of "ACTION IS LOUDER THAN VOICE".

Election strategy

The entry of Noynoy actually ruined Bayani's secret weapons for this election.

1. If Noynoy didnt ran for president, Bayani's name would have been first in the ballot for shading. Due to "primary peripheral vision", voters with no clear preference (4-7%) would have elected him, since he is the first one on the list and would have shaded his name without bothering to check out the rest.
2. Bayani also have a 14 episode radio show mid morning that actually targets rural folks who are just about to take a rest for lunch.
3. Provincial buses with big bayani stickers on them. Voters who cannot read or can barely recognize letters, will surely vote for him since he would have name recall aside from being the first one on the ballot (if noynoy didnt ran)

Thats the secret weapon of bayani.

The entry of Noynoy actually shattered Bayani's dream, instead he has to contend with the "secondary peripheral vision" plus 2 and 3 above, which can be good for 3% of the votes.

"Aquino" being on top of the list for president has the advantage now of capturing the "primary peripheral vision" of people who can barely read or recognize letters. This can actually increase another 2% to Noynoy's final tally.

Several years ago, there was a French Engineer consultant of a World Bank assisted project going to the DPWH main office where Bayani Fernando holding office then, he once said that Bayani is a tough nut to crack. Sometime during the Senate inquiry about NBN / ZTE, it overlapped to the WB assisted projects and Senator Lacson mentioned that Bayani Fernando did not signed the project and probably cost his Public Works portfolio.

REAL CHANGE/REAL DEAL

Businessmen and corrupted politicians are sabotaging our economy.They can manipulate all the business.They can hide all the OIL SUPPLY,RICE,DRY GOODS and other basic necessities.After a couple of days,the prices will jump high.Poor Filipino people were affected in their daily basis.Chinese knew how to play business in the PHILIPPINES.Create a politicians who can support and protect them.We will not forget the PLDT,PAL,MANILA WATER,SAN MIGUEL and many more.These are some of the company that Filipino people owned and NOW,these company owned by corrupted politician and greedy businessmen.They can easily divert the funds or business money in corporation,so ordinary Filipino can't imagine their illegal transactions.How many smuggling goods now nationwide?They have some more coming,if we did it wrong.Vote for the right candidate,and we will not suffer again.We are the new generation.We will ignite the fire to push our countrymen to fight against poverty.STOP SLAVERY TO OUR COUNTRY.This is the most important election in the PHILIPPINE HISTORY.FILIPINO people will be test ,and how they will react for their future.

TOTOONG PAGBABAGO SA TOTOONG NAGMAMAHAL SA BANSA

Maraming salamat Mr.BAYANI FERNANDO,hindi ka nag-iisa.Alam namin na wala kang pinapanigan.Alam din naming trabaho mo bilang chairman ng MMDA at hindi ka aso ni Gloria Arroyo.Ganoon pa alam din namin na malapit na kaibigang pamilya ng mga GLORIA ARROYO ang mga Cojuangco/AQUINO.Kaya isang buwan lang lumipat ng partido si Gilberto Teodoro nakuha na agad niya ang puwesto sa pagtakbo bilang Presidente.Spoiled brat at ganoon talaga ang mga mayayaman lahat ng gusto nila ay nasusunod.Kung sino man ang manalo kina TEODORO,ESCUDERO,AQUINO,VILLAR AT ESTRADA magiging kawawa na naman ang taong bayan.Alam din namin na nagkukunwari lang silang magkakalaban sa pulitika pero ang totoo mga business partner silang lahat.Salamat sa bagong technolohiya unti-unti nang nalalaman ng mga tao ang DEEP POLITICS sa bansa.Alam din naming wala kang suporta sa mga businessman,artista,military at kurakot na politician.Pero alam namin na ikaw lang ang kaisa-isahang makakapagbigay ng tunay na pagbabago sa bansa.Alam din namin kung gaano mo kamahal ang bansang Pilipinas.Huwag kang matakot dahil lahat ng taong naghahangad ng tunay na pagbabago ay nasa likod mo.NASA SA 'YO ANG SUPORTA NG MGA PILIPINONG TOTOONG NAGMAMAHAL SA BANSA.WE DON'T NEED RICH AND FAMOUS POLITICIAN.

MR GOVERNANCE - vote wisely

BAYANI FERNANDO dahil modelo sa pagpapatupad ng batas, hindi mauuto sa mga trapo, mabait sa mabuti masama sa illegal, di nagbubulag-bulagan sa mga problema kahit nakakaapekto sa boto niya, totoong maraming nagagawa at proven na maayos ang track record. Only he has proven to be less of a “ talker “ & more of a “ doer ”. He has a good track record to speak of. He gets the job done - one who is willing to risk courting the ire of those who will stand in the way of his instilling discipline, order and progress.

Saling Pusa ka lang

Mr. Fernando, marami ka ngang nagawa na kabutihan para umunlad ang Mtro manila sa ibang bagay, pero hindi yan sapat para mag karoon ka ng lakas loob na tumakbo sa boung bansa!!!alam mo na wala kang panalo kahit anong gawin,sa iyo pa ang comelec, kaya duda kaming lahat kong ano ang nag udyok sa iyo para tumakbo.Lumalabas na ambisyoso kang tao.
Hindi ka naman cguro kasing yaman na para tustusan ang panggastos mo sa halalan, at wala naman cgrong BOBO na negosyante na mag bibigay ng pera sa iyo dahil maru ang ating mga negosyante ngayong panahon.
So, ang tanong saan ka kukuha ng pera sa pag takbo mo!!!wag mong sabihin wala kang nakurakot sa goberno???? walang maniniwala sa iyo.
Nakakahiya ang ginagawa mong mga pinag sasabi,sinisiraan mo pa ang iyong partido na siyang nak loklok sa pwesto mo, wala kang utang na loob.Wag mong ipag pumilit ang sarili mo sa isang bagay na imposibling mangyari.Nag mumukhang weird ka tuloy.
Mag sama kayo ni Erap para mag aral ng English, para sa susunod sa eleksyon baka manalo na kayo.

Better late than never.

Anyway he did it. I hope that if Noynoy or Chiz does not win, he will win. Bayani is an action person. If Bayani wins, at least the Philippines will have a president who can Engineer the country out of misery. But I prefer that for this election he runs for senator as an independent instead of president. If he does well as a senator, I guess he'll make a good president. At least wala na ang tatak ng administrasyon sa kanya. I like the fact that it was only him who admitted his responsibility to the Ondoy tragedy. Only true engineers do that and true engineers after admitting their mistakes will always be able to find the best solution.

What I would be worried about are the people in the administration who he has ties with and whether he is a transactional politician. For the whole country to know him better, it would be best to know how he serves first as a senator or at least as a department secretary.
