MANILA, Philippines - There will be a changing of the guards at the National Food Authority and the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board after its two heads decided to run for electoral posts in the 2013 midterm polls.

Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte said MTRCB Vice Chair Emmanuel Borlaza will take over the censors body temporarily after MTRCB Chairwoman Grace Poe Llamanzares filed her certificate of candidacy for the senatorial election.

Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala, meanwhile, will appoint an officer in charge of the NFA after Lito Banayo decided to run for congressman of Agusan del Norte's 1st District.
